Celebrate Charlotte Craft Beer Week with the Dan Wade Beer Project from 1-3PM.

Earlier this year, the beer community suffered a tragic loss with the passing of our good friend, Dan Wade, owner of Wooden Robot Brewery. The beer community has come together to brew a special beer in his honor, and with this beer, local breweries will raise money for Dan's family.

What to expect:
Release Party: Town Brewing, in collaboration with all local area breweries, brewed Cosmic Ballet, a 5.2% Helles Lager, to be released on Saturday, Oct 19th at 1PM. In addition, a silent auction will be held from 1-3PM. Proceeds raised from beer sales and the silent auction will be donated to Dan's family.

Local Breweries - will also be serving Cosmic Ballet and donating proceeds from their sales.

Fun Fact! Dan kept a long list of fun beer names he hoped to use one day, and Cosmic Ballet was on one of them, so Dan got to name this beer! Cheers!
