Join us as we raise a glass — and some funds — in memory of one of Charlotte’s most beloved brewers, Dan Wade. This special evening marks the return of Cosmic Ballet, a beer brewed with intention, heart, and the spirit of collaboration Dan was known for.
This year’s release will benefit the Dan Wade Memorial Scholarship, created by Dan’s family and friends to honor his life and passion for beer. Proceeds from every pint will go toward sending a future brewer to Appalachian State’s Brewing Short Course in Summer 2026 — helping carry on Dan’s legacy of mentorship, curiosity, and community.
